Episode Outline
Lincoln runs off the Christina Rose and is searching for Michael. A nervous T-Bag is sitting in his hotel room waiting for his signal. He goes out onto the balcony and notes that Mahone's men are still there, but is unaware that Michael is also watching him. Flashbacks flood Michael's mind as he remembers all that T-Bag did, which makes him even more determined. A large trash can standing by a group of young boys playing football catches Michael's eye.
Mahone is also about to join the party as he makes his way to Panama, but not before talking to his ex-wife Pam. He assures her that the end is near, and is delighted with Pam's hints that she will take him back. Spurred on with this motivation, Mahone calls and makes sure that his men are in place outside of T-Bag's hotel. Firecrackers are let off and shock the men who instantly go for the guns, and that's all Michael wanted to know. He wanted to make sure that they were Mahone's men. Michael starts walking and is confronted by Sucre, who has an apologetic look on his face. Sure enough, Bellick is right behind him with a gun. Sucre asks Michael how did he know where T-Bag was and Michael is confused and tells him that he posted a message for him, which Sucre denies doing. Michael knows that something is up. Bellick doesn't care about the feds, he just wants his money but Michael has his head screwed on and is thinking of a plan. Sucre then tells Michael why he teamed up with Bellick in the first place, and Bellick points the gun at Michael and asks him if he's in. Michael keeps his cool and Bellick starts to shake beneath his facade. Michael takes control of the situations and Bellick doesn't look too happy but he has no choice.
It's the day of Sara's trial and things aren't looking too good for her. The defence team show Michael's message in an attempt to exonerate Sara from all charges, the tape goes on and Sara finds it difficult to hear Michael's coded message to her again. Kellerman is watching Sara on the news as he sits polishing his ring and preparing his medals, uniform etc. He turns off the television, unable to see or hear anymore. Kellerman then takes out his gun and starts to polish it.
Sucre is tugging at duct tape and telling Michael that he wants to kill Bellick as soon as he tells him where Maricruz is. Michael makes it clear that he wants no more blood on his hands and won't help Sucre if killing Bellick is his intention. Sucre breaks down when he tells Michael that it's been a week since he saw Maricruz and that he's scared. Michael reassures him.
A bored T-Bag is restlessly playing with cards in his hotel room when Bellick pulls down the fire alarm. T-Bag picks up a piece of paper with "312 AVE. OLIVERA, SECOND FLOOR, RED DOOR" written on it, grabs his hat, gun and backpack full of money and walks out. Mahone's men start tailing him and Michael, Sucre and Bellick are right behind them. But Mahone is watching from nearby. He walks out and is right behind Michael and has his hand on his gun when he gets a surprise punch in the face and is pulled into an empty building by Lincoln and the two have a fight. Mahone tells Lincoln to back away, but all Lincoln can think about is that Mahone is the man who killed his dad and swings at him. Mahone has Linc in a headlock but Linc digs his nails in Mahone's injured shoulder and gets out. Lincoln grabs Mahone's gun and points it at him and orders him to hand over the handcuffs and Mahone just stares at him.
T-Bag walks into a building numbered 312 and Mahone's men and Michael, Bellick and Sucre are still behind him. Mahone's men wait outside and Bellick approaches them posing as an American tourist wanting help and distracts them, allowing Sucre to pull a gun on them. Bellick searches them and takes their guns. Michael forces the men into the alley and they are surprisingly accepting as their hands are being bound.
Kellerman is dressed up in his uniform and tries to write his sister's name on an envelope but his hand is shaking too much. He finally manages to write it down and places the envelope carefully on the medals. Kellerman takes a deep breath and points the gun to his head and pulls the trigger. Kristine gets a call from work and her secretary says it's her brother.
Michael figures out that the men aren't feds and ask them if they are with The Company but of course they don't answer. Michael is suspicious of them and almost reluctantly goes into the building after T-Bag. They run to the second floor and yell out T-bag's name, and he calls back to them in a shaky voice. They enter the room and T-bag puts up his arm with the gun. Bellick orders him to slide the gun over which T-Bag does after a moment?s hesitation. Bellick asks for the money and Michael is looking at T-Bag suspiciously, knowing that something is up, and they hear police sirens. T-bag points to a door and tells them that the money is in there. Bellick tells Sucre to go open the door and he finds the dead prostitute inside. T-bag takes advantage of their shock and runs out and locks the door behind him. Sucre tries the other door but the handle comes out. They realize that it's a trap. The police move into the building and T-Bag is also running down the stairs at the back with the money. Bellick and Michael break open the door and T-Bag and Bellick start shooting at each other. Bellick gets shot in the leg. Michael and Sucre run after T-Bag who gets run over by a car. Michael pulls a gun on him and Sucre grabs the money. Sucre looks on helplessly as Bellick gets arrested. How is he going to find Maricruz now? T-bag tries to make a deal with Michael but he won't even listen to him, and tells Sucre to go get a car. Michael talks to T-Bag who offers him information that he needs and says that he might let him walk without the money but T-Bag isn't hearing any of that and tells Michael of his offer. Michael turns him down.
Kristine walks into Kellerman's room to find him slumped in a chair with the gun in his hand. He's alive. Crying, but alive. The gun jammed on him, and his sister tells him that it might be a sign that he's meant to redeem himself.
Michael and Sucre load T-Bag into the car with Sucre sitting with T-Bag at the back.
Sara's lawyer tells Sara of the offer that she should accept, 12 years. Sara rejects it at first but her lawyer tells her that it could be much worse.
Mahone and Lincoln are what seems to be an abandoned warehouse, and Lincoln is leaning against a column and Mahone is sitting down and Lincoln holds up Mahone's phone and says that Michael didn't answer. Lincoln tells Mahone that he and Michael don't stop for anybody, and that it's going to end bad for him and Mahone seems rattled when Lincoln says that he knows that he is beat.
Michael is driving and Sucre distracts himself by asking Michael questions and T-Bag manages to get hold of a screwdriver which he stabs into Sucre and attempts to stab Michael who moves out of the way and crashes the car. Michael gets out and shouts to a passer-by to get an ambulance and tends to Sucre. While he is occupied with Sucre, T-Bag gets out and takes out the backpack and makes a run for it. Michael calls over the passer-by and tells him to apply pressure to Sucre's wound and then runs after T-Bag. They reach an abandoned shack and battle it out. Eventually Michael gets T-Bag sprawled out on the floor with the knife to his throat. T-Bag taunts Michael and tells him that he won't kill him, and Michael lunges at T-Bag and stabs him.
Sara walks back into the courtroom and is prepared for prison. Another lawyer walks to her and tells her that a very credible witness is going to corroborate her story. The witness walks into the courtroom. It's Kellerman.
The police are searching through the woods and hear T-bag's cries. They run into the shack and find T-Bag still sprawled on the floor with a knife through his wrist, pinning him to the floor.
Michael has the money and is walking back to the Christina Rose and is looking for Lincoln who isn't there. He gets a call from Lincoln on his satellite phone who answers with a simple "I'm sorry Michael" before the phone is handed over to Mahone. We see a flashback when Linc is holding the gun at Mahone demanding the handcuffs, with one swift move Mahone kicks Lincoln in the leg and grabs the gun off him and handcuffs Lincoln to the pipe. Mahone tells Michael that he isn't the only one who needs to disappear and tells him that he wants the money and the Christina Rose. Mahone tells Michael that he has five minutes to make a decision.

Mahone: I never stopped loving you Pam...ever.
Bellick: Aww, Dudley freakin do right, huh?
Bellick: I don't care. I didn't travel two thousand miles down the diarrhea trail to get to this backward ass country to not get my five million!
Bellick: Yeah, I'm a big jerk Scofield. Shame on me.
Sucre: I need your help, Papi.
Sucre: Didn't Fox River teach you anything, man? Cause the same rules apply here. It doesn't make a difference if you?re guilty or innocent. It's who survives.
Michael: Believe me I understand the impulse to pull the trigger. But if we lose ourselves, we lose everything.
Mahone: You're not going to like how this ends, Lincoln.
Lincoln: You're done.
Bellick: It's a trap.
Bellick: Anybody speak English? I didn't do it!
Kellerman: (quoting) Son, a weapon jam in a battlefield...you might as well call it suicide.
Kristine: You have me.
Kellerman: The things I've done, Kristine.
Mahone: I just want this to be over with.
Lincoln: Then you should've never come down here.
Mahone: It's guys who are accused of things like you who keep guys like me in business.
Michael: I'm turning you in.
T-Bag: So I'm going to spell out the present options. Either we split this money and you can go get your legs tattooed or whatever the hell it is you want, or they're going to find your corpse slumped over that chair with your pants down around your ankles cause it's been a long time coming, Pretty.
Michael: Whenever you're done yakking.
T-Bag: Bring it bitch.
Michael: You are out of your mind.
Mahone: Not really.
Mahone: It all comes down to this, Michael, your brother for your plan.
