SEASON 4, EPISODE 16 "THE SUNSHINE STATE" SPOILERS (December 22, 2008)
Kathleen Quinlan has been locked up - in a recurring role on Prison Break. Playing a mysterious woman who has ties to the Company and a surprising connection to Michael, she'll appear in at least four episodes this season, starting with the Fox drama's fall finale on Dec. 22. Source: EW

SEASON 4, EPISODE 18 SPOILERS (Spring 2009)
NEW! Michael Forces a small private jet to land by removing a beacon and holding a gun to an Air Traffic Controllers Head. A sniper tries to take out Mahone. As Linc tries to extract information out of the sniper he gets stabbed and the sniper runs off. Sniper is killed when he runs out into traffic. Sara and Michael grab a Colin Petrovsky into their car and start asking him about a Samantha Richmond. Petrovsky thinks he's being kidnapped but soon realizes that Michael and Sara are not after money. During this time a SUV is fast approaching their car. He repeatedly says that he has no idea who Samantha is and he is just a teacher in town for a conference. A gun appears from the SUV and shoots at Michael and Sara's car causing it to crash. T-Bag takes a beating from a cop during this episode. Source: SpoilerTV

GENERAL SEASON 4 SPOILERS
The baddie in the second half of the season will be a Company capo named Janet. She's been Pad Man's overseas lieutenant for many years, but she's making her move, and she won't take no for an answer. Source: E!Online
Scylla is all the secret information about the company, part of it is the cards the hold the information, but another part of it is the machine that can read it all. Source: SpoilerTV
When it comes to Michael's mother being alive, The Man says "Well since it is a doctor that is working for the company and trying to get information from michael......the doctor may be trying to confuse him. So it could be false...then again it could be true. At this point I am not going to reveal the answer." Source: SpoilerTV
You will see Sara and Linc talk about michaels health. They may do this in a couple different scenes in different episodes. Source: The Man
Gretchen and Michael will be working together this season out of necessity. He doesn't want to work with her and he doesn't trust her. Source: The Man
The ratings are lower than previous seasons, but they are good enough to let the season run its full 22 episodes, assuming the ratings don't go down. It is to early to tell for a season 5. As much as PB is a hit overseas and makes the studio money, international viewers are not usually considered when a show is to be renewed. Source: The Man

There will be times when there might be some conflict between Michael and Mahone, but they have an understanding and a hesitant respect of each other and what the other can do. With regards to Michael's intelligence, producer Zack Estrin has said: "We do learn a little bit this season why Michael Scofield is so smart. There are some things about Michael that Sara doesn't know that she will begin to find out and they could relate back to what the Psychiatrist said (back in Season 1). Source: The Man

Don't listen to rumours on IMBD that Gretchen will only appear in 12 episodes. There is no proof that this will happen. Source: The Man
Mahone's goal is to be reunited with his family or do whatever it takes to keep them safe. His relationship with Michael and Linc has developed into one of hesitant respect. Source: The Man
In the promo, the A-Team is spotted walking out of a plane. They are all coming together from being in different places to help bring down The Company. Source: The Man
Bellick doesn't want to go back to Fox River as an inmate, so he will be helping the brothers take down The Comapny. Source: The Man

Fox is putting a lot of time and energy into promoting Season 4 of Prison Break. If enough people watch the show, it could lead to Season 5. Source: The Man
We will see Agent Lang again in Season 4. However, there are no current plans to bring back Sullins and Wheeler. Source: The Man
It is currently unknown whether Caroline Reynolds will reappear in Season 4. Source: The Man
Don't forget that Paul Adelstein is part of another show (Private Practice), so at this point you shouldn't expect to see the return of Kellerman. Also, Henry Pope and Nika's stories are finished. The boys will be staging a break-in (instead of breakout, see). Word is, they're trying to get into a building owned by the Treasury Department, and I'm guessing it has something to do with taking down the Company, which is their ticket to unconditional freedom, offered by government agent Michael Rapaport. On this site it says that the actress Sasha Alexander will play in "Scylla" a character called Shannon Andersen. On the comment section from that site, someone says that the source is questionable because it from IMDB. Can you confirm us if this spoiler is true? And if yes, who is Shannon Andersen? "I haven't noticed a character by that name so I don't know who she is, unless she was added later....or a character could have had a name change, which does happen from time to time.....It does not sound familiar to me but I can't confirm if it is true or not, since like I said, a few things could have been changed." Can you tell us what "Scylla" refers to? I mean: I know Scylla was the one of the two monsters in Greek mythology.. But how is it connected with events in the 1st ep.? When Prison Break returns, the majority of our main characters won't be behind bars, though I hear it's just a matter of time before we see Michael arrested again. What else can we expect? T-Bag trying to flee the country, Whistler and Gretchen working together closely and Scofield starting the long process of getting his full body tattoo removed!
