but if i had to choose between them i'd choose Sara cause he has already saved Linc in the past and now they are on the run because of the escape and plus Sara is pregnant!

idk this is a hard sitsuation bc there both loved by michael and now both family since sara is pregnant and to choose is gonna be difficult for him, but i think that if lincoln isnt his real brother then he should choose sara even thought he grew up with linc. and helped him out its like he did everything for kind of nutin and risked his life.
