Here's the promo for the Prison Break two-hour series finale, which will be airing on Friday.  Some old characters return, Christina continues to be a horrible mother and Michael vows to save everyone.

Season 4

Paul Kellerman will be returning to the show in the series finale which is airing on May 15.

and for Sucre

He is returning to the show in the series finale along with Benjamin Miles "C-Note" Franklin and Paul Kellerman.

His new name will be Robert Kendall i guess he got a new identity i cant wait this is insane!

Last time Sucre and C-Note talked, was in season 2 when Sucre stole the bag which was supposed to have 5 million dollars in it. Will be interesting to see how they meet.
