Ha! Looks like I finally stumped you guys. It took 3 clues and over two days for someone to decode my latest puzzle. Here's what the puzzle looked like:

In order to decode the puzzle you started with the first letter "i" and then counted to the second letter, then the third letter, then the first letter, then the second letter again, the third letter and so on and so forth until the end of the puzzle. Decoded, the quote was "It wasn't an immaculate conception, honey, trust me". This was said by Lisa Rix to her son, LJ, in the pilot episode of Prison Break.
