Guys, guys, guys....looks like I FINALLY stumped you.  Not a single person has correct guessed the quote yet or decoded my little puzzle.  Let's not keep this going forever, though.  Here's another clue.  The first one was "can you count?"  The second clue is "2,3,4,2,3, etc".  UPDATE: Here's the third clue....leave the first letter alone.
